Technical examples — stairs, railings and steel details

Scope included stair geometry coordination, support bracket detailing, assembly logic and a production-oriented drawing package with revision updates. The staircase connects three commercial floor levels with a cantilevered steel structure and open riser design.

The package focused on repeated node conditions, fixing logic and drawing consistency across similar but not identical edge situations. Post base connections were standardized across 14 unique edge conditions to reduce fabrication ambiguity.

A repeating balcony railing series across 6 building types with minor geometric variations per unit. Anchor detailing and connection to concrete slab edge were the primary engineering focus. Production drawings delivered per building phase.
